by the end of april, the track had developed it's characteristic 25:00 length and the general shape it would have from here on in. it is somewhat absurd to refer to a 25:00 track as minimalist, but that is exactly what this is, relative to the other versions of the track, as it lacks the flourishes that would come in after: drum & keyboard fills, bass parts, noise and some extra guitar work. this is incomplete, but it is the demo that defines the track moving forward.

written & recorded over the spring of 2002. the track is dated to april 22, 2002 by carefully analysing the source material. wave file dated to nov 19, 2006; it was probably ripped from a lost source.
